該石油產(chǎn)品傾點凝點測定器是引進日本精良技術(shù)生產(chǎn)的，符合GB/T 510。該儀器采用壓縮機制冷原理，封閉式浴槽，配有傾斜支架及傾點套，并裝有智能數(shù)字顯示控制儀，使用方便、質(zhì)量可靠，該儀器采用模糊控制原理和PID自整定技術(shù)，控制性能穩(wěn)定可靠，是化驗室*的試驗儀器。 
該儀器制冷系統(tǒng)是由壓縮機、過濾器、毛細管節(jié)流器、蒸發(fā)器及各連接管路組成。制冷劑通過蒸發(fā)器吸熱膨脹，膨脹后的氣體由壓縮機壓入排氣管路形成高溫高壓氣體再進入冷凝器冷卻成液體，然后經(jīng)毛細管節(jié)流降壓進入蒸發(fā)器蒸發(fā)吸熱從而達到制冷目的。制冷劑蒸發(fā)后又被壓縮機壓入排氣管進入冷凝器，這樣周而復(fù)始地工作實現(xiàn)循環(huán)制冷。溫度控制系統(tǒng)是由智能數(shù)顯控溫儀進行PID調(diào)節(jié)實現(xiàn)定點控溫，控溫儀輸出的控制信號觸發(fā)固態(tài)繼電器，使加熱管工作抵消壓縮機制冷系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)生的冷量，使其恒在我們所需要的溫度上。
